We are looking for an experienced Multi Trader to carry out void refurbishments, helping turn empty properties into safe, high-quality homes.

Key Duties

  • Strip‑out kitchens, bathrooms & flooring
  • General repairs: brickwork, plastering & flooring
  • Carpentry: doors, kitchens, skirting, frames
  • Basic plumbing: taps, sanitaryware, pipework
  • Decorating, tiling & finishing works

What You’ll Need

  • Strong multi-trade skills across maintenance & refurbishment
  • Ability to work independently and hit turnaround targets
  • Good problem‑solving and attention to detail
  • Health & safety awareness

Desirable

  • NVQ / City & Guilds
  • CSCS card
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Social housing / voids experience
