We’re looking for an experienced Repairs Manager to join our growing WPS business and play a key role in delivering exceptional responsive maintenance services to our customers and communities. What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and inspire a team of Supervisors, Administrators, Planners and Operatives
- Drive excellent customer satisfaction and continuously improve service delivery
- Oversee the scheduling and delivery of large multi-trade repairs, ensuring the right resources are allocated
- Manage operational performance, productivity and quality across the contract
- Ensure policies and procedures are consistently followed across the workforce
- Work closely with Commercial teams to identify and resolve invoicing issues and maximise contract performance
- Champion Health & Safety compliance and create a positive safety culture
- Build strong relationships with clients, customers and internal stakeholders
- Monitor performance against KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a Repairs Manager role or a similar management position within responsive maintenance, repairs or social housing
- Strong knowledge of reactive maintenance operations
- Proven track record of managing large maintenance contracts
- Experience leading large operational teams and supply chain partners
- Excellent understanding of Health & Safety legislation and compliance
- Strong commercial awareness and experience managing budgets and performance
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels
- Highly organised, customer-focused and results-driven
- Full UK Driving Licence
