WPS is seeking a skilled and motivated Mobile Engineer to join our Facilities Management team in Birmingham, supporting our client, JLL. This is a dynamic role for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and delivering high-quality technical services across multiple sites.

Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on mechanical and electrical building services.
- Respond promptly and professionally to helpdesk requests, breakdowns, and emergencies.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards at all times.
- Liaise with site contacts and supervisors to maintain service excellence.
- Support sustainability initiatives and energy-saving measures.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used using CAFM/PDA technology.
- Provide detailed reports and updates on works delivered.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in delivering hard M&E services in a mobile or multi-site role.
- Strong technical knowledge of building services and maintenance.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Trade-related qualification (Electrical or Mechanical), e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds.
- 18th Edition (for electrical candidates) or equivalent.
- Health & Safety training (IOSH or equivalent) is desirable.
- Experience with CAFM systems is an advantage.
