We are seeking an organised and proactive FRA Supervisor to manage and co‑ordinate remedial fire safety works across multiple sites within our growing portfolio. Please note: This role does not involve supervising the installation of fire doors. All installation works are delivered by our specialist supply chain. This position focuses on co‑ordination, stakeholder management, and safe project delivery.

The Role

  • You will be responsible for progressing client‑assigned remedial works through to completion, working closely with our FRA supply chain and liaising directly with clients.
  • This is a fast‑paced role involving the management of multiple small to medium works across various locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Co‑ordinate FRA works, including:
    • Fire doorsets
    • Compartmentation (fire stopping)
    • New doorset installations
  • Liaise with clients, internal teams, and specialist FRA contractors
  • Attend site visits to identify scopes of work and monitor progress
  • Supervise works from a health & safety perspective
  • Manage and resolve issues or complaints professionally
  • Provide updates and maintain accurate records using Excel and Outlook

About You

  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Basic to intermediate Excel skills to manage workloads and track progress
  • Experience reviewing and requesting asbestos‑related reports
  • Comfortable working across multiple sites and competing priorities
  • FRA technical experience is desirable but not essential
