Wates Property Services is recruiting an Assistant Surveyor to support the delivery of planned maintenance and improvement works across social housing properties in the Birmingham area. You will work alongside experienced surveyors, assist with surveys, specifications, cost control and reporting, and help ensure works are delivered safely, on time and to high quality standards.

Applicants will require a degree/HNC/HND in a surveying discipline and must be eligible for UK driving.
