We are looking for a motivated and organised Recruitment Resourcer to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in recruitment, with hands-on experience across candidate sourcing, bookings coordination, and on-call support.
Key Responsibilities- Sourcing and screening candidates across a variety of roles
- Managing candidate pipelines and maintaining the internal database
- Coordinating and confirming bookings between clients and candidates
- Providing on-call support (rota-based) to assist with out-of-hours enquiries and bookings
- Building strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience
- Supporting consultants with administrative and recruitment processes
- Ensuring compliance with company and industry standards
- Previous experience as a Recruitment Resourcer, or a similar administrative role preferred
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Confident using systems and handling candidate data
- A proactive and team-oriented approach
- Flexibility to participate in an on-call rota
- Starting salary of £25,000
- Hybrid working only 12 days per week in our Epping office
