A well-established and welcoming nursery in Hendon is looking for a qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their friendly and supportive early years team. The Role – Nursery Practitioner

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting the learning, development, and wellbeing of young children while delivering high-quality care in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. You will work closely with colleagues and parents to ensure each child receives the support they need to thrive.

  • Promote children’s learning, development, and wellbeing
  • Help create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive nursery environment
  • Observe and monitor children’s development and progress
  • Ensure safeguarding and child protection procedures are always followed
  • Act as a positive role model for children

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 40 hours per week (4 days 8:00am – 6:00pm + 1 additional 4-hour shift which varies weekly)

Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare (required)
  • Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection
