WPRG is recruiting for a Class 1 driver to work on an ongoing basis for its client based in Leyton, E10. The suitable candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Minimum of 1 year Class 1 experience
- Experience with double deck trailers
- Maximum of 6 points on licence for minor offences (No DD/DR/IN/CD codes)
- Good communication skills
- Good knowledge of Drivers Hours and Working Time Directive
This is a store delivery role with a maximum of 5 store deliveries per shift. This role involves weekend working and some very light handball. You will be given a rota a week in advance. Start times are between 01:00am - 02:00am but you must be flexible to start between these hours. Driving assessment including a theory test is required as part of the pre-employment process.
Pay rates are: £18.48 - 7 days a week. Holiday is accrued on top at 13%. Breaks are paid on all shifts.
