About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our clients friendly and supportive nursery team in NW7. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified childcare professional who is committed to providing outstanding early years education and care in a nurturing, stimulating environment. You will play a key role in supporting children's learning and development in line with the EYFS framework, ensuring every child reaches their full potential.
Key Responsibilities of a Early Years Practitioner:
- Deliver high-quality care and education in accordance with the EYFS
- Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities
- Monitor, observe and record children's development
- Build strong partnerships with parents and carers
- Maintain a safe, clean and stimulating environment
- Work effectively as part of a team to support children's wellbeing
Requirements
- Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
- Knowledge of the EYFS framework
- Previous nursery or early years experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for working with children
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
