A well-established early years nursery in Hendon is looking for a passionate and experienced Deputy Room Leader to join their friendly and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Early Years Practitioner ready to take the next step into a leadership role while continuing to deliver high-quality childcare and early education. As a Deputy Room Leader, you will support the Room Leader with the daily running of the nursery room, ensuring high standards of care, learning, and safeguarding. Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Room Leader with the day-to-day management of the nursery room

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a nursery or early years setting
