A well-established and welcoming nursery in Hendon is looking for a qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their friendly and supportive early years team. The Role: Nursery Practitioner
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting the learning, development, and wellbeing of young children while delivering high-quality care in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. You will work closely with colleagues and parents to ensure each child receives the support they need to thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of engaging activities aligned with the EYFS framework
- Promote children's learning, development, and wellbeing
- Help create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive nursery environment
- Observe and monitor children's development and progress
- Build positive relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues
- Ensure safeguarding and child protection procedures are always followed

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week (4 days 8:00am-6:00pm + 1 additional 4-hour shift which varies weekly)
Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare (required)
- Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting
- Good understanding of the EYFS framework
- Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
