We're seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to join our specialist Driving & Logistics Recruitment team.

What We Offer:
Hybrid working – 3 to 4 days from home
1 to 2 days per week in our Epping office

What You'll Be Doing:
Sourcing and speaking with drivers and logistics professionals
Building relationships with candidates and clients
Managing candidate registrations and compliance checks
Matching candidates to vacancies
Supporting the recruitment team with client requirements
Attending occasional client and site visits
We're Looking For Someone Who:
Has experience in B2B telesales, lead generation, account management, or a customer-facing sales role
Enjoys speaking to people and building relationships
Is motivated by targets and achieving results
Wants a long-term career rather than "just another sales job"
Is 18+ (insurance requirement for site visits)
Can commute to our Epping office when required
No recruitment experience is necessary – if you have the right attitude and transferable sales skills, we'll teach you the rest.
