A leading international insurance organisation is seeking an experienced Interim Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex business change and technology projects across a global environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale business and IT change projects, ensuring successful execution within agreed timelines, budgets and quality standards.
  • Manage project plans, governance, risks, issues, dependencies and resources across multiple workstreams.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders, business teams, technology functions and third-party vendors to drive project outcomes.
  • Develop business cases, reporting and project documentation while ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 10+ years' project management experience delivering complex business change and technology projects, ideally within the insurance sector.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale programmes, cross-functional teams and senior stakeholder groups, including executive leadership.
  • Experience delivering global projects, managing third-party vendors and developing business cases and benefits realisation plans.
  • Formal project management qualification (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile or equivalent) with strong knowledge of project governance and PPM tools.
