WPR are working with an established Lloyd\’s Insurer who are looking for a Project Accountant located in London (2 days in the office). In this role, you\’ll play a vital part in the delivery of Ceded requirements as part of a Finance Transformation Programme. Your contributions will be key to enhancing overall financial operations. A large part of the role includes data migration, reconciliation and testing the new system they are looking to implement.

Responsibilities:

  • Data migration, reconciliation, and testing of the new system.
  • Enhancing overall financial operations.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Accountant (ideal, not essential).
  • Knowledge of insurance accounting under US GAAP.
  • Strong understanding of outwards reinsurance arrangements.
  • Exceptional analytical and detail-oriented skills.
  • Experience in process development with a focus on efficiency and control.
  • Proficient in Excel and experience with SAP.
  • Strong communication skills for liaising with various teams.
