WPR is currently working on a Finance Business Analyst - Business Transformation opportunity with a Global Insurer. This is a FTC 3 days in the office. This role sits within the Finance function and reports to the Finance Change Manager, playing a key part in supporting finance change initiatives and transformation projects across the business.
The position focuses on analysing current finance processes, gathering stakeholder requirements, and supporting the delivery of system and process improvements.
Key Areas of the Role:- Delivering business analysis across finance change projects
- Mapping current and future state finance processes
- Supporting system development, testing (UAT/regression), and implementation
- Working closely with finance, technology teams, and senior stakeholders across the business
- Supporting wider finance transformation initiatives, including system and process improvements
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with strong insurance market experience and a background in finance change, business analysis, or transformation initiatives.
