Key skills & requirements:
- Experience in FP&A, particularly reporting and financial analysis within the insurance sector
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret financial results and key ratios
- Accounting qualification (ACCA/CIMA/ACA)
- Robust Excel and financial modelling capabilities
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
