We are seeking an experienced Interim Group Finance Director to take day-to-day leadership of key Group Finance activities. This role will bring structure, accountability, and delivery focus while the long-term model is reviewed.
About the Role
This is a hands‑on, delivery‑focused interim role requiring a senior finance leader who can quickly improve the quality, timeliness, and consistency of outputs to Group CFO and Audit Committee standard, while coaching, upgrading capability, and embedding clear ownership & quality deliverables across the team.
Responsibilities
- Take day‑to‑day ownership of key Group Finance areas relating to both internal and external reporting, working closely with and providing direction to the Chief Accounting Officer across accounting policies, central entities, management accounts, external reporting and group projects/deals accounting support.
- Act as the senior point of accountability for the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of all team outputs, including reporting to Group CFO, Audit and other relevant Committees.
- Lead immediate improvements in reporting discipline, processes, and controls.
