We work with agencies and clients to transform the value of data by bringing together technology, data and analytics capabilities. Our team of thinkers, builders, creators and problem solvers are over 1,000 strong, across 20 markets around the world.
VP, Enablement (Clients)
We are seeking a VP of Client Enablement to oversee enablement activities across a portfolio of client accounts within the Open Media Studio ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands‑on environment, working closely with clients, agencies, and internal teams to drive adoption, engagement, and measurable value from DTA’s products. You will be responsible for ensuring that enablement plans are executed effectively, that client teams are trained and supported, and that feedback loops are established to continuously improve the client experience. You will work alongside regional and global enablement leaders to ensure your cluster’s enablement efforts align with DTA’s broader business objectives.
Skills and Experience
- Client Enablement Oversight: Manage enablement programs for a portfolio of smaller client accounts within your cluster. Ensure clients are onboarded effectively, trained on OMS products (including Open Media Assistant and Open Intelligence), and supported through adoption phases. Partner with account teams to identify opportunities to expand product usage and deliver measurable business impact.
- Hands‑On Enablement Delivery: Conduct product walkthroughs, demos, and training sessions tailored to client needs. Support change management initiatives to help client teams transition to OMS‑enabled workflows. Provide practical guidance and best practices to drive day‑to‑day adoption.
- Collaboration & Liaison: Act as the primary enablement contact for your cluster, connecting clients with product, engineering, and data strategy teams. Gather and relay client feedback to inform product improvements and roadmap priorities. Coordinate with regional enablement peers to share learnings and ensure consistency across accounts.
- Cross‑Studio Integration & Ownership: Facilitate integration with the Open team on cross‑studio deployments, ensuring seamless coordination between Open Media Studio and other WPP studios within client workflows. Uphold governance models for cross‑studio global client solutions, eliminating operational gaps and inefficiencies. Represent OMS Enablement in relevant cross‑studio workstreams (e.g., pilots, joint initiatives) to drive alignment, accelerate deployment readiness, and ensure consistent, high‑quality execution across markets.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor adoption metrics, engagement levels, and client satisfaction within your cluster. Identify trends and areas for improvement, and work with the regional enablement lead to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Support for Growth & Retention: Assist in new business pitches and client retention efforts by showcasing OMS capabilities. Develop enablement materials, case studies, and success stories that highlight value delivered to clients.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- Experience in client enablement, customer success, or training within a technology or data‑driven organization.
- Strong understanding of technology platforms and ability to act as a confident product advocate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions and manage multiple client priorities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret adoption data and translate insights into action.
- Familiarity with media planning and buying workflows is a plus but not required.
