The Role

As the agency expands its digital activation offering, the Senior Performance Activation Executive will drive day‑to‑day activation of campaigns, owning complex tasks and ensuring successful delivery across your client portfolio.

The role focuses on advanced activation in Paid Social channels, with opportunities to expand into Programmatic and Paid Search.

We seek a candidate with a deep understanding of Paid Social platforms, excellent execution skills, and an analytical approach to optimisation.

You will mentor peers, lead by example, and help build an AI‑driven Performance Activation team that consistently delivers outstanding results.

The position requires strong attention to detail, proactive workload management and robust performance mindset.

You will directly impact our Digital offering, advance AI technology adoption, develop mentorship skills and foster a high‑performing culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and implement advanced full‑funnel digital activation tasks, mainly in Paid Social, with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Follow cross‑channel digital processes for your client portfolio and model best practice for junior team members.
  • Analyse data, develop optimisation recommendations and execute them effectively to improve account performance.
  • Show a Performance Mindset culture by proposing innovative optimisation recommendations that exceed client objectives.
  • Support team collaboration, assist peers and junior executives with workload management, ensuring inclusivity.
  • Deliver high‑quality insights, learnings and reports for all campaign analysis.
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of proprietary and third‑party tools across digital media and advise on their use.
  • Manage your own workload proactively and contribute to task allocation to meet deadlines.
  • Dedicate time to personal development, staying updated on full‑funnel activation certifications, best practices and industry changes, especially in Paid Social.
  • Maintain financial accuracy through the planning and buying process with on‑time delivery.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience setting up, activating and optimising campaigns across Paid Social channels.
  • Willingness to learn and activate on other digital channels such as Paid Search, Programmatic and Retail Media (bonus).
  • Ensure all activation platform certifications are completed and current.
