The role requires an advanced practitioner with expertise in TV, BVOD/VOD, Online Video, Cinema and Audio planning and buying, and exceptional communication and organisational skills. In addition to UK‑focused AV planning and buying, you will need a thorough understanding of wider brand and performance media and how AV fits within the broader communications ecosystem. Key Responsibilities

  • Leading AV planning and buying across easyJet and supporting AV output across Toyota, Lexus, Govia Thameslink and News UK (predominantly focusing on The Times).
  • Delivering best‑in‑class implementation planning across TV, BVOD/VOD/Online Video, Cinema and Audio.
  • Owning responses to client briefs and ensuring clear, insight‑led storytelling underpinned by data and audience understanding.
  • Overseeing the day‑to‑day investment process for clients, ensuring a sharp and highly efficient approach to value, quality and delivery.
  • Building strong senior client relationships, while maintaining a close connection with day‑to‑day client contacts.
  • Supporting and developing direct reports through clear roles, stretching goals and engaging career paths.
  • Managing the AV planning and buying team for your brands with an inclusive leadership style and clear direction.
  • Working closely with relevant accountability and investment stakeholders to ensure the highest quality delivery in the most commercially beneficial way.
  • Maintaining close oversight of buying output, with expert judgement on plans and the wider AV marketplace.
  • Ensuring contractual commitments, campaign delivery standards and client guarantees are met.
  • Driving innovation across AV output, including future‑facing activation opportunities in addressable TV, video and audio.
  • Proactively forging strong relationships with media owners to unlock opportunities for clients.
  • Contributing to new business pitches and supporting the transition of new clients where required.

Skills and Experience

  • You are someone who both champions and challenges – themselves, their team, and their clients.
  • Significant and relevant media planning experience.
  • A self‑starter who demonstrates curiosity and works well in a fast‑paced environment.
  • High attention to detail with a drive to make sure the collective output is an excellent standard.
  • Strong client management skills to manage both junior and senior clients, with gravitas.
  • Proven track record of delivering strong comms planning outputs – with measurement at the forefront – to deliver against core objectives of a campaign.
  • Strong presentation skills – both in creating/guiding content and delivery.
  • An in‑depth knowledge and application of core media tools.
  • Experienced in running all aspects of a media plan – from initial brief to PCA.
  • You are a good listener and able to collaborate with a wide cross section of people.
  • You have a solid history of working across a range of projects, demonstrating your ability to be flexible and manage multiple workstreams at once.
  • You exude the behaviours of the agency – we challenge and champion each other and our clients, to be the very best we can be.
