Associate, Digital Operations - OOH

As an Associate, Digital Operations, you’ll be responsible for supporting the Digital Operations Managers verifying and monitoring the delivery of our clients’ digital and classic Out-of-Home (OOH) campaigns.

You’ll do this by assisting the team collecting trading documentation, mid and end of campaign reporting, and completing any operational administrative duties associated with our campaign management flow.

  • Overview of Key Accountabilities, Responsibilities, and Duties
  • Sourcing trading documents (trading sheets, media plans and site lists) associated with the campaigns managed by the VAS team, and saving these documents on the shared drive.
  • Ensuring that any updates of trading documentation are shared with relevant stakeholders.
  • Supporting Digital Operation Managers monitoring the delivery of OOH campaigns using 3rd-party verification tools, ensuring that campaigns deliver as expected.
  • Sharing relevant findings regarding campaign performance and any optimisation or troubleshooting recommendations with Digital Operation Managers.
  • Helping wider trading team collecting data for the Market Update.
  • Assisting Digital Operation Managers on keeping our internal project management tool (Click Up) up to date.
