We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to become an integral part of our Advertising Operations team in London. Our team is responsible for campaign trafficking, ad serving, conversion tagging, and the integration of other optimization technologies associated with the execution of digital advertising. We ensure digital campaigns are managed to high operational standards and provide consultancy to our clients and colleagues. This is a critical Level 3 role designed for an individual who excels in driving operational excellence and fostering strong cross‑cultural collaboration. You will be the primary operational bridge between our Ad Ops team in London and our dedicated offshore team and will have expertise in ad serving technologies, particularly Google Campaign Manager 360 (CM360) and the capacity to work on multiple clients simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Offshore Team Support & Guidance: Act as the primary operational point of contact and escalation for our offshore Ad Operations team, providing day‑to‑day support, troubleshooting, and expert guidance on complex campaign setups and issues. Ensure that tasks are completed within agreed‑upon service level agreements (SLAs) and deadlines.
  • Best Practice Management: Oversee processes around campaign setup, creative implementation, and tagging performed by the offshore team within CM360 to ensure accuracy. Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance documentation for the offshore team, contributing to the continuous improvement of our team.
  • Stakeholder Support: Support our planning and activation teams with their Ad Ops submissions and processes and provide solutions and consultancy for all types of ad server related work and queries.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Provide advanced troubleshooting support for ad serving issues, third‑party tag implementation, discrepancy investigations, and creative delivery challenges.
  • Training & Mentorship: Contribute to the ongoing training and development of junior members of the offshore Ad Ops team, sharing knowledge and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Performance Monitoring: Assist in monitoring checks, ensuring campaigns are delivering as expected and proactively identifying any potential issues.
  • Project Work: Serve as a partner for interdepartmental projects; attending internal meetings and providing updates.
  • Site Tagging: Support client site tag management; both implementation, QA and consultation.

Required Qualifications

  • Hands‑on experience in an Ad Operations role within an agency, publisher, or ad tech vendor environment.
  • Expert‑level proficiency in Google Campaign Manager 360 (CM360), including advanced trafficking, robust reporting capabilities, and comprehensive troubleshooting skills.
  • Good understanding and familiarity with other adjacent ad tech platforms e.g., Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Brand Safety platforms and DSPs.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and concisely across different cultures.
  • Proven analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
  • Demonstrate a proactive, solutions‑oriented approach to challenges.
  • Right to work in the UK.

Highly Desirable Skills

  • In‑depth knowledge and practical experience with Google Floodlight tagging, including its implementation, auditing, troubleshooting, and best practices for onsite tagging.
