We’re seeking a proactive Product Designer to join our dynamic team. You’ll be the lead for UX/UI within your product pod, Resource Management, ensuring the right people are matched to the right projects at the right time, enabling smarter planning and better utilisation across teams.

Work management is a core offering within WPP Open, helping agencies manage projects end to end and deliver work more efficiently while providing real-time financial insights. In this role, you’ll focus on the Resource Management stream, ensuring the right people are matched to the right projects at the right time, enabling smarter planning and better utilisation across teams. This is a one-year contract position.
What you’ll be doing
- Strategic Design Leadership: Own the end-to-end design process, from deep user research and problem definition to high-fidelity mock-ups and developer hand-off. Be the voice of the user, articulating design decisions with compelling storytelling.
- Collaborative Pod Integration: Thrive within an agile product pod, balancing user needs with business objectives. Work seamlessly with product owners and developers, ensuring smooth design implementation and quality.
- Systematic & User-Centric Approach: Apply a rigorous, systemic approach to design, leveraging our existing design system. Iterate based on user feedback, ensuring the product is intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling.
What you’ll bring
- Experience: Proven experience in Product Design, with a track record in B2B SaaS solutions; work management experience is a plus.
- Portfolio: A compelling portfolio showcasing your expertise in end-to-end Product Design, highlighting problem-solving, user-centricity and visual excellence.
