We are seeking a seasoned Senior Technology Acquisition Delivery Specialist to drive the acquisition of top tech talent for our AI Platform WPP Open. You\’ll be a specialist in sourcing and hiring .NET, React, AI, Scrum Specialists and other cutting-edge tech professionals. As a trusted SME, you\’ll partner with hiring managers, build talent pipelines, and be involved in the talent strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partner: Collaborate with leaders to understand business needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Full-Cycle Ownership: Manage the entire recruitment process for senior tech roles, from sourcing to offer. You will need to be a hunter profile.
- Proactive Sourcing: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates using advanced techniques.
- Tech Expertise: Stay ahead of tech trends and provide market intelligence to hiring managers.
- Relationship Builder: Cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
- Data-Driven Insights: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize our process.
- Employer Brand Advocate: Contribute to WPP Open\’s employer branding efforts.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Strong background of tech recruiting experience in the UK Technology market, with a proven track record in .NET, React, AI, Cloud and related fields. Experience in advanced technology companies with complex tech environments similar to the FAGMA companies preferred.
- Skills: Expert sourcing, deep tech understanding, excellent communication, strong negotiation, data analysis skills. Ability to conduct advanced Tech Screening is highly beneficial; Agile recruitment experience.
- Education: Bachelor\’s degree required. Master\’s degree preferred. Relevant certifications a plus.
