Job Overview
We’re looking for a Junior AI Producer to support the delivery of creative, technology-enabled campaigns and content projects. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their production career who is excited by AI tools, creative technology, and modern content production.
You’ll work closely with producers, creatives, strategists, motion and CGI teams, and technology specialists to help manage projects from briefing through delivery. You’ll gain hands‑on experience across traditional and AI‑assisted production workflows while helping teams stay organised, on schedule, and aligned.
Project Coordination & Communication
- Support day‑to‑day communication between clients, agency partners, and internal teams
- Help coordinate timelines, deliverables, approvals, and project updates
- Work with creative, production, AI, motion, CGI, and post‑production teams to keep projects moving smoothly
- Maintain project trackers, meeting notes, status reports, and documentation
- Assist in identifying production risks and escalating issues when needed
AI Production Support
- Support AI‑assisted and hybrid production workflows across multiple projects
- Help research, test, and implement emerging AI tools and production technologies
- Learn and help communicate how AI workflows fit into traditional production pipelines
- Support experimentation and innovation while maintaining creative quality and brand standards
Collaboration
- Work collaboratively with cross‑functional and global production teams
- Build positive relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and creative partners
- Support a collaborative and solutions‑focused working environment
- Assist senior producers and team leads across multiple ongoing productions
Process & Delivery
- Help manage project schedules, assets, approvals, and deliverables
- Support productions across digital, social, motion, CGI, film, and OOH content
- Ensure projects are delivered on brief, on time, and within budget
- Maintain organised production workflows and file management systems
Qualifications
- Some experience or internship exposure within an agency, production company, studio, or creative environment
- Interest in AI tools, creative technology, and modern production workflows
- Basic understanding of integrated content production across digital, social, motion, film, or CGI
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and problem‑solve
- Passion for creativity, innovation, and production
Bonus Skills
- Familiarity with AI creative tools or content generation platforms
- Experience supporting content production or campaign delivery
- Understanding of post‑production or asset management workflows
