Responsibilities
- Key operational responsibility of the broadcast team, including adherence to KPIs for the below priorities: Quality, Utilisation, Productivity, Sourcing.
- The Post-Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing, nurturing, and improving a high-quality post-production operation.
- Collaborate with accounts, project manager and client teams to ensure creative productions meet client expectations.
- Train, and manage all Post-Production production staff.
- Oversee budgeting, planning, and resource allocation of all projects.
- Oversee studio activity.
- Ensuring producers and schedulers are working together to assign appropriate talent.
- Ensuring all production activities are on-time and on-budget.
- Act as the escalation point for post-production issues and implement positive conflict resolution techniques.
- Ensure efficient utilization and cross utilisation of resources and anticipate and plan solutions to potential challenges with staffing and resource availability across projects.
- Create/maintain strategic relationships with external post-production partners and facilities for overflow.
- Ongoing review of post-production process and practices with an eye toward enhancing profitability and increasing effectiveness including a key focus on innovation and automation.
- Identify, support, and drive automation opportunities to minimize manual workflows.
- Solve production and technical issues with the production and technical support team.
- Collaborate with Finance to ensure our post-production operations are operating to optimum profit.
- Contribute to Hogarth Worldwide Spain office agency culture by exhibiting ownership, professionalism, passion, and leading by example.
