As a Producer, you will be responsible for the smooth, timely, budget-compliant, and high-quality execution of advertising productions. You will be the central interface, coordinator, and solution-oriented contact for internal and external stakeholders. In addition to independent project management, you will take on strategic client consulting and development, maintain our partner network, and proactively manage expectations throughout the production process. You will also support the team by mentoring junior producers and trainees.

Your tasks:

• Independent review, planning, and management of primary production projects from conception to delivery.
• Preparation of cost estimates for various trades for decision-making by creative agencies, negotiation of production costs, and continuous monitoring of project statuses and budgets.
• Conducting and being responsible for quality checks of delivered results (e.g., film cuts, images) including the authority to approve or request corrections.
• Central contact person and communication facilitator between creative agency partners, direct clients, and external service providers.
• Consultation on feasibility and timings as well as further development of client relationships.
• Proactive expectation management, optimisation of production workflows, conflict resolution, and deadline monitoring.
• Support of post producers in adhering to timings and processes in production.
• Professional guidance, mentoring, and knowledge transfer to juniors and trainees.

Your qualifications:

• Completed training in the field of image and sound (or comparable qualification) and several years of relevant professional experience as a producer in an agency or advertising film production.
• Extensive technical understanding of production processes (film/photo), strong project management skills, and financial acumen for reliable budget and numerical understanding.
• Solid knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with industry-standard project management tools.
• Strong negotiation skills, conflict resolution competence, empathy, and a confident presence with clients and service providers.
• Excellent organisational talent, strong time management, pragmatic and solution-oriented thinking, as well as high stress resistance and customer orientation.
• Very good German and solid English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to learn and eagerness to quickly familiarise yourself with new topics.
