- Present work clearly and confidently to senior creative stakeholders, articulating design rationale, motion principles and visual choices with authority.
- Explore and evolve how brands can behave in motion across film, digital, social, experiential and emerging formats.
- Support pitch work, early‑stage visual development and design exploration for new opportunities and client engagements.
- Collaborate effectively with wider post‑production disciplines, including editorial, colour, VFX, CGI and finishing, ensuring motion work integrates seamlessly into the broader production pipeline.
- Bring a strong awareness of pacing, rhythm, typography, composition, image‑making and storytelling to all work.
