What does a Client Partner do at WPP Production? WPP Production Health Studios (a division of WPP) is seeking a Client Partner, which is a project management and account management hybrid role, who will be responsible for the overall coordination, execution, and control of production projects for a dedicated client. The ideal candidate will have experience leading in and thriving in a collaborative work environment. You will have worked on complex production delivery projects/campaigns, inclusive of all project elements and phases from inception to completion while remaining cool under pressure.
The On-site Client Partner should have Pharmaceutical experience and will sit with dedicated clients of a particular therapeutic area and/or brand(s) and leads and manages production projects with a near-shore team. You will attend many regular client meetings and kick-offs and work with separate creative agencies to coordinate the handoff, build, regulatory reviews and delivery of content across all tactics (digital, print, video etc.). You must be collaborative and a proactive problem solver with the skills to manage fast-moving projects with many moving pieces and various client relationships. You are familiar with the complexities and regulations within pharma marketing content and its production.
The client partner will primarily sit on-site with the client in Titusville, NJ and/or Horsham, PA. 2-3 days a week onsite required.
What You’ll Do:
- Delivery Ownership: Supports overall project delivery and functions as a point of contact for escalations for a set group of project stakeholders, clients, and team members. Assists in managing schedules and streamlining work across all team members and agencies.
- Process: Manages work triage with integrated agency stakeholders and coordinates team members on smaller or connected projects within a program.
- Work: Facilitates workflow, schedules, and cost estimates for select projects, ensuring interagency teams are informed on project timing.

What You’ll Need:
- A minimum of 2-4 years of project and delivery management experience in advertising or marketing communications.
- A minimum of 2-4 years of hands-on experience managing digital projects and other 360 campaigns.
- Experience of working in (preferably large) agencies on large global accounts.
- Self-driven with proven experience working with multi-disciplinary teams across remote offices.
- Good understanding of emerging web standards, user-centered design, optimization and search practices.
- Proven track record in a client-service environment including presenting work.
- A desire and ability to interact directly with clients.
- Proficiency in MS Office products.
The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $75,000 to $140,000. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
