WPP Media’s Analytics Consultancy is looking for an Agency Lead for EssenceMediacom, the agency’s single point of contact for all analytics requirements from Choreograph. The role reports to the Head of the Analytics Consultancy and will account for 80% of the time working with the wider Analytics Consultancy and Modelling team, and 20% on central Analytics team responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Keep the EssenceMediacom client teams trained and up to date on analytics products and best practices.
- Deliver analytics requirements for clients assigned to the role.
- Build strong relationships with key clients, including stepping into the media planning process when needed.
- Manage the other analysts working for EssenceMediacom clients.
- Assist with day‑to‑day queries from media planning teams.
- Own new business pipeline for analytics services and meet revenue targets.
- Front the delivery of all analytics services in partnership with the central team.
- Collaborate with central Analytics Services teams to facilitate smooth project delivery, including keeping the team updated on pipeline opportunities, joint proposal writing, regular project check‑ins, and ensuring outputs are relevant and actionable.
- Represent Choreograph Analytics in agency pitches and deliver large parts of analytics requirements.
- Share the latest research and measurement best practice with the agency and its clients.
Other Responsibilities (20%)
- Own partnerships with media owners – Meta partner lead.
Skills and Experience
- Experience in marketing effectiveness and comprehensive knowledge of measurement and analytics techniques.
- Thorough knowledge of media agency operations and the media planning lifecycle.
- Demonstrable client relationship management experience, influencing senior stakeholders and translating analytical insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong commercial acumen, identifying new business opportunities and contributing to revenue growth.
- Excellent storytelling skills, presenting complex data clearly and compellingly.
- Experience leading and mentoring analytical teams, fostering continuous learning.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, engaging diverse audiences.
- Proactive and collaborative, working effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders.
