Role Summary and Impact
The Solutions Planning Account Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of key client relationships across the WPP agency network. This includes developing strategic brief responses across our full channel mix; ADOOH, ATV, and Programmatic, and overseeing IO management and campaign delivery to ensure seamless campaign execution. The Account Manager will also play a key role in mentoring and supporting junior team members, helping to drive operational excellence across the team. This position requires a strong understanding of the digital media landscape, strategic campaign management skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding client service and results.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Leadership: Act as the primary point of contact for your assigned clients, building strong relationships within the agency and being recognised as their “go-to” for queries/support.
- Campaign Planning: Tracking briefs, maintaining accurate forecasts, and supporting the achievement of revenue targets.
- Financial Management: Lead the reconciliation and management of client bookings, working closely with the finance team and maintaining clear communication with agencies on any queries.
- Agency Engagement: Represent WPP Media Solutions at agency meetings and surgeries. Deliver education sessions and develop supporting collateral to enhance agency understanding of our products and solutions.
- Measurement: Able to work independently and deliver against individual and team goals.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous in managing bookings, financial reconciliations, and delivery processes.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel, Salesforce, and PowerPoint.
