Our clients in Worldwide Activation are split into 4 specialist category hubs, this role will sit within the entertainment hub working on Audible. The Precision Manager role is perfect for an experienced, enthusiastic, and creative person with strong organisational skills who loves entertainment and movies. The role gives a unique opportunity to innovate and progress your knowledge about international digital media across channels and markets while being supported by the Precision Lead.

Audible have ambitious growth targets that we will help them achieve through both branding and performance campaigns across European markets in eastern and northern Europe as well as Iberia.
Core Responsibilities- Become a trusted and valued client-facing member of the team with regular contact via weekly calls and campaign updates.
- Ownership of finance and compliance processes.
- Manage workstreams in liaison with the Precision Lead, whilst managing and being a source of support for junior team members.
- Create strong relationships working with key media partners, liaising with them from the point of briefing through to campaigns going live and post-campaign reporting.
- Developing and delivering strategy and ideation to suit the client brief.
- Owning campaign processes including elements of financial and creative coordination.
- Overseeing & managing activations and campaigns, with support of the Precision Lead, from start to finish, including: Liaising with Ad Ops to implement trafficking/tagging set up requirements, Finance and Billing Process, Campaign QA and ‘go live’ process, Reporting.
- Working with analytics team to manage reporting process for the clients.
- Supporting wider team on campaign planning projects and client requests.
- Ensuring intelligent cross-channel, full-funnel strategies are developed and delivered, working closely with channel-specific managers.
- Experience in digital media, with a good level of expertise in digital activations working with media partners on multi-market campaigns.
- Strong project management skills with experience managing numerous workflows at once.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Proven people management and leadership qualities.
- Has a proactive, logical and practical approach.
- Enjoys being creative and can think big.
- Ability to manage upwards as well as downwards.
