Role Summary And Impact
This role is within The Goat Agency, a leading brand within WPP Media, where you will be instrumental in helping global brands harness the power of social and creator‑led content to deliver measurable impact. Recognised as a global leader in the space, we deliver award‑winning campaigns in more than 70 countries. With over 650 social natives worldwide, we create ambitious influencer programmes from tactical activations to long‑term partnerships, designed to drive awareness, engagement and conversions across the full marketing funnel. We’re looking for a Senior Paid Media Manager to lead the planning, activation, and optimisation of high‑performing paid social campaigns across a range of clients. In this role, you’ll be responsible for shaping paid social strategy, managing campaign delivery end to end, and driving measurable results against client objectives.
Skills And Experience
- Being responsible for the day‑to‑day paid media management of our large portfolio of campaigns
- Mentoring less experienced members of the Paid and Campaign delivery team
- Optimising social campaigns across multiple campaigns across all channels
- Driving ROI and trackable conversions not just to amplify views
- Tracking conversion and pixel implementation
- Explaining paid strategy to clients
- Attending pitches for prospective clients and assisting the client services team in selling paid media services
- Taking responsibility for ensuring numerous KPIs are hit and paid media campaigns are delivered
- Reporting on campaigns and liaising with account managers to ensure the client is happy with results
Role Requirements
- 3+ years paid media experience
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyse campaign performance data and make data‑driven decisions
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing effective paid social strategies that drive results for clients
- Experience overseeing and managing large budgets on multiple social campaigns
