Role Summary and Impact
- Lead contact responsible for planning OOH solutions for our prestigious automotive client account.
- Ensure the team delivers high-level service, meeting KPIs and agreed criteria.
- Contribute to departmental objectives, grow billings, and identify business opportunities.
- Showcase best practice planning and monitor quality of output.
- Build strong relationships with media owners and monitor spend commitments.
- Stay informed on vendor news and activity.
- Resolve client and internal team issues.
- Innovate client servicing approaches and delegate effectively.
- Promote creativity through data-led planning and technology.
- Support client audits and collaborate with Trading and Investment teams.

Commercials
- Drive all WPP Media OOH offerings and communicate benefits to agencies and clients.
- Identify growth opportunities and drive additional revenue.
- Inspire teams to maintain campaign systems and service charters.
- Use and train others on internal and industry tools and systems.
- Ensure adherence to WPP Media OOH’s 4D planning philosophy.
- Promote convergence of OOH with mobile, digital, social, and traditional media.
People
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver effective OOH solutions.
- Oversee and develop Senior Account Managers, and Account Managers.
- Act as mentor and role model for junior staff.
- Contribute to wider business initiatives, training, forums, and events.
- Participate in internal groups and events (e.g., Green Team, Team Roots, Team Pride, Team Enable, Mental Health Allies).
