Role Summary and Impact

We want someone to support on the commitment tracking for some of our large global clients and provide investment leadership on our regional clients. You will also be expected to support on the collation of data to help steer client dialogue on current media performance and landscape. Working with our local markets, the successful candidate will also need relationship building capabilities to successfully align local, regional, and global needs. The role will report into an Associate Director within the Global Investment Department.

Specific responsibilities

  • Day to day management of global value commitments, ensuring we deliver competitive pricing & activation across markets and meet key Client Investment KPIs.
  • Provide support and guidance to local markets to ensure they fully understand our value commitments, buying measurement methodology and the savings calculation process, in addition to identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Develop a good working relationship with media auditors to ensure smooth operations and a collaborative approach, while challenging their analysis and insights if and where required.
  • Present and take ownership of your work while co-ordinating junior analyst team members on their day to day work. Providing analysis and market insights.
  • Proactively develop knowledge of how media buying, and performance tracking works and the various methodologies used to track and quantify savings delivery and apply and consider a “learn and share” mentality with your team.
  • Contribute to new business pitches (when required), with guidance from senior members of the team.

Skills and Experience

  • Experience gained in either an investment/accountability department, media agency buying department or media auditor.
  • Knowledge of how media buying, and performance tracking works and the various methodologies used to track and quantify value delivery.
  • Strong analytical skills and great attention to detail are essential.
  • Highly numerate, adept at managing large data sets and excel.
  • Confident communicator and presenter (written and delivery).
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
