As a Senior OOH Specialist, you will develop and deliver outstanding out‑of‑home advertising solutions, lead cross‑market initiatives, oversee competitive and post‑campaign analysis, maintain internal databases, manage team assistants and account executives, and build strong vendor and media owner relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develop excellent OOH solutions for clients/agencies as experience grows
- Develop a good understanding of client’s sector
- Communicate well with other Kinetic markets and work with them on client cross‑market requests
- Oversee competitive analysis and post‑campaign analysis
- Update internal databases
- Prepare site tour documents and logistics of site tours
- Manage Team Assistants and Account Executives – leading by example
- Identify, solve or appropriately raise client issues
- Demonstrate use of industry and Kinetic planning tools and following 4D planning process
- Collate information from vendors, updating market reports and availability
- Develop excellent knowledge of vendor activity, building relationships with Media Owners
- Deepen strong relationships and networks throughout WPP Media
Skills and Experience
- Good understanding of media (essential) and OOH (ideally)
- Positive, respectful relationship building with colleagues and clients
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, follows processes well but considers wider picture
- Excellent at multi‑tasking
- Good numeracy, budget management, sensitivity to broader commercial implications
- Confident use of internal technical tools, quick adaptation to new technology and systems, especially digital and technical skills
- Excellent understanding of social media and the internet
- Keen to grow and learn, benefiting from training across Kinetic, GroupM, WPP and external providers
- Confident, engaging, positive, alive to possibilities; articulate with strong written and listening skills
- Interested in contributing to wider Kinetic initiatives – training, forums, agency initiatives and events
