Role Summary And Impact

The Booking.com account is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Regional Planning Coordinator to join our EUAU Regional Planning Hub. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to join the industry to gain experience in the exciting world of media planning and digital marketing. As a Regional Planning Coordinator, you will provide essential administrative and analytical support to the Regional Planning Manager, assisting in the development and execution of cross-channel media plans across key European and Australian markets.

  • Assist in the collection and analysis of media performance data.

  • Support the Regional Planning Manager and Operations team in conducting competitive analysis.

Media Planning Support

  • Assist in the development of media plans by researching media options and gathering market data.
  • Support the Regional Planning Manager in briefing local market teams and media partners.
  • Track media placements and ensure campaigns are running according to plan.
  • Provide general administrative support to the EUAU Regional Planning Hub team.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed.
