Role Summary And Impact
A senior Programmatic specialist role within Mindshare Worldwide. You will own client engagement, lead a team of Programmatic Account Managers and Associates, and support the Business Director to execute a strategic vision. Collaboration with sister agencies, creative teams, data services, PR, and other stakeholders is essential.

- Experience in developing and leading client relationships.
- Exceptional people management skills, including support and development of at least two junior team members.
- Executive Programmatic experience managing Brand & DR activity; expertise in optimising and developing programmatic accounts to hit performance targets.
- Extensive experience with native programmatic platforms (Google, YouTube, Amazon, TTD, etc.) and third‑party platforms such as GA, DoubleClick, and Adobe Analytics.
- Knowledge of sponsorships and how to leverage them to meet clients’ business objectives.
- Understanding of brand safety, viewability, and the ability to recommend solutions that address these topics.
- Ability to support the Business Director with wider channel strategies, year‑planning, audience development, and creative solutions aligned to client objectives.
- Capability to devise a cross‑digital platform strategy that integrates non‑programmatic channels, following best practices.
- Expert knowledge of measurement capabilities, and the skill to evaluate and implement benefits for the client and future social activity.
- Working knowledge of digital attribution approaches used to optimise social campaigns.
- Understanding of how Programmatic can integrate with other digital and offline channels.
Principal Responsibilities
- Take ultimate responsibility for the output of your team, both client‑facing and operational.
- Serve as the central client contact for your portfolio, interacting at Director level and above with senior management in both client and agency organisations.
- Apply best‑practice rigor to the execution of programmatic campaigns.
- Maintain a forward‑thinking and innovative approach in developing programmatic activity.
- Attend all important internal and external client meetings; provide outstanding client service proactively.
- Develop and improve AI processes to drive digital outcomes.
- Keep up to date with industry developments to offer point‑of‑view content.
- Become an expert in all Programmatic services offered by Mindshare.
- Build a reputation as a trusted senior advisor for internal and external stakeholders.
- Play an active role in pitches and other cross‑agency initiatives.
- Highlight best work within the team and promote it through case studies, award entries, etc.
- Be commercially minded, ensuring effective management of available resources; stay aware of all scopes of work for your client portfolio.
