Role Summary And Impact
We are searching for a talented and enthusiastic Performance Executive to join our OpenDoor team in London. This role is ideal for someone keen to develop hands-on experience supporting the RMI (Reputation, Marketing and Insights) team across online and offline channels across EMEA. You will support the delivery of high-quality, performance-led marketing activity, ensuring campaigns and outputs are executed accurately, efficiently, and in line with agreed best practices.
Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Support the implementation, ongoing management, and daily optimisation of campaigns across multiple channels.
- Collaborate with the team for end-to-end setup of campaigns across relevant platforms.
- Ensure regular QA checks are completed to maintain defined best practice standards.
- Work closely with performance teams to ensure taxonomy compliance and maintain consistent naming conventions across campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and pacing, troubleshooting and optimising activity to improve results.
- Assist in producing weekly/monthly campaign performance reports, often using Microsoft Excel, and support client calls to present results.
- Write performance commentary delivering valuable insight and actionable recommendations.
- Contribute to end-of-campaign reporting, quarterly/annual reviews, and standalone projects.
Client & Partner Management:
- Complete client reporting and analyse campaign results, extracting insights and providing recommendations.
- Identify optimisation opportunities and support revenue growth through excellent results.
- Build strong working relationships with media partners, including Google, Meta, Twitter, Snap, TikTok, Pinterest, and others.
- Attend internal and external training to develop platform and marketplace knowledge.
Operational Excellence:
- Use tools effectively to drive accountability, operational efficiency, and actionable business insights.
- Ensure financial accuracy and adherence to best practices in billing and processes.
- Maintain standards and process throughout the end-to-end campaign lifecycle.
- Develop close working relationships with internal teams such as ad trafficking team and the reporting team.

- Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage time effectively in a team environment.
