Role Summary and Impact: As a Senior Account Executive, you will play a critical role in the day-to-day delivery and activation, optimisation and growth of PlayStation’s Paid Search campaigns across multiple EMEA markets. You will work closely with the Account Directors to translate strategy into first‑class execution, whilst acting as a trusted point of contact for PlayStation’s clients on Paid Search performance and insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the day‑to‑day management and optimisation of PlayStation’s Paid Search campaigns across Google Ads / Search Ads 360.
- Build, launch and evolve best‑in‑class campaign structure, aligned to PlayStation’s objectives and KPIs.
- Execute ongoing optimisations across keywords, bidding strategy, ad copies, assets and audiences.
- Monitor performance closely, identifying opportunities, risks, seasonal trends and escalating where appropriate.
- Ensure accurate reporting, rigorous QA checks and adherence to internal platform best practices across all Paid Search activity.
- Act as a reliable and confident point of contact for Paid Search‑related questions from clients.
- Support client communications, including performance updates, insights, and optimisation recommendations.
- Translate data into clear, actionable insights for clients.
- Support and participate in quarterly reviews with clients, contributing to performance insights, test learnings, and recommendations.
- Work collaboratively with Account Directors to deliver high‑quality Paid Search activity.
- Collaborate with cross‑regional teams to support consistent Paid Search delivery through knowledge sharing and best practice guidance.
- Contribute positively to team culture by being a reliable, proactive and supportive team player.
- Share learnings, insights and testing results with the wider Search Department, to promote best practice and cross‑team learnings.
- Ensure strong adherence to Paid Search best practices and internal processes.
- Support accurate budget pacing, finance processes and operational governance where required.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, organisation, and attention to detail across all deliverables.
Skills and Experience:
- Solid experience within a similar role (agency experience preferred).
- Strong hands‑on knowledge of Google Ads and SA360.
- Comfortable managing budgets, optimisation, and performance across multiple campaigns, formats (including Search, Performance Max) and markets.
- Confident in analysing and manipulating data, turning it into clear recommendations and insights.
- Excellent organisation and communication skills.
- Naturally curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Passionate about digital marketing, performance, and continuous improvement.
