Role Summary And Impact
We are the EssenceMediacom Paid search & biddable team, consisting of approx. 60 people, working on a mix of blue-chip clients including: TCCC, Sony PlayStation, Mastercard and adidas. We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual to join EssenceMediacom Worldwide as a Paid Search Executive to join the adidas Paid Search team based in London. The successful candidate will be able to develop their career with EssenceMediacom as they will be enabled to continually improve and expand on their paid search skills, with growth opportunities both upwards and sideways. The candidate will also have the opportunity to work across a diverse client base and help to shape and inform client strategy.
Accountabilities
- Working with the Senior Executive or Account Manager to identify new opportunities for campaigns.
- Assisting in the creation of monthly client reviews - providing insights on campaign performance.
- Demonstrating confidence and clarity in communicating with the team, clients and media owners.
- Developing knowledge and understanding of other EssenceMediacom departments/services.
- Maintaining strong working relationships with other relevant EssenceMediacom departments.
- Identifying new initiatives and opportunities on client accounts, for example, the testing of new platforms or new technologies for campaign improvements.
- Improving knowledge of client business to ensure greater appreciation of delivery in the overall mix.
- Gaining and developing experience in other media, such as wider biddable media.
- Learning the basics of client account servicing and best practices in managing results to meet client KPIs.
- Taking commercial responsibility for campaign budgetary management including bookings and billing.
- Organising budget caps to ensure agreed budgets are not exceeded.
- Ensuring all media spends are entered into booking systems in a timely fashion.
- Being responsible for the technical set up of Paid Search campaigns.
- Implementing campaigns into providers and/or technology interfaces for buying.
- Providing accurate daily, weekly and monthly reporting and commentary.
- Using tools to drive accountability, operational efficiencies and actionable business insights; with the scoping of costs and agreed client outputs.
- Acting responsibly and professionally at all times, representing the team, department and company.
