WPP is the trusted growth partner for the world’s leading brands. With exceptional talent, trusted data and intelligence, and world‑class partnerships – all united by our pioneering agentic marketing platform, WPP Open – we help clients navigate change, capture opportunity, and deliver transformational growth. WPP Media is WPP's AI‑driven media operating unit, bringing together media, data, and partnerships to deliver creative personalisation at scale.

About the role: As a Midweight Integrated Creative Producer, you will work as a core member of the team, sitting at the intersection of creative execution and media partnerships. You will partner with clients, internal Creative and Media teams, and external media partners to deliver both digital advertising campaigns (across social-first formats, digital out-of-home (DOOH), display banners, and emerging interactive formats) and industry-leading content partnerships (spanning content production, digital, social-first video, radio, talent, print, brand-to-brand, and TV). Your principal responsibility is flawless, agile delivery—turning concepts into reality. Your role is essential in keeping projects moving smoothly, serving as the central point of coordination for the team.

You will report to the Senior Production Director to assist and take the lead on delivering a wide variety of campaigns—spanning pure creative production to complex media partnerships. As the operational driver of your projects, you will keep them organised, on track, and strictly aligned with the original strategic and creative vision. To achieve this, you will collaborate with the team to scope work, craft realistic cost estimates and SOWs, map out integrated project timelines, and manage both in-house creative resources and external media partners.

Because many of our projects are industry-firsts, you will often guide clients and partners into uncharted territory. This requires you to be cool, calm, and collected when unexpected issues arise, bringing a highly proactive, can-do attitude to collaborative problem-solving. At the same time, you will keep a close eye on overall project health by proactively managing risks, tracking budgets, and ensuring everything we produce—from digital advertising assets to co-branded content—meets the highest QA standards before reaching the client.

This role offers an excellent platform to sharpen your integrated project management, partnership delivery, and client-servicing skills alongside an experienced team, working on projects with leading global brands.

Some of the things we’d like you to do:

  • A self-starter: You can hit the ground running and, with guidance, pick up projects quickly. You have the motivation and focus to see things through, actively seeking out ways to contribute to the department and grow your integrated production and partnership knowledge.
  • Highly organised: You can coordinate efforts to ensure the team stays on top of all project deliverables, controlling the day-to-day delivery of multiple campaigns across a variety of different creative channels and media partnerships.
  • Problem solver & risk manager: You can develop solutions to any number of challenges that might come your way. You will proactively assess potential project risks, maintain a risk register, and put solutions in place to mitigate them before they impact delivery.
  • Strong communicator & collaborator: You have an ability to collaborate with and motivate internal teams to deliver client objectives. You are comfortable, confident, and persuasive when communicating with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Documentation skills: You are comfortable producing and maintaining core project documents, including briefs, detailed contact reports, project timelines, production schedules, content ecosystems, and accurate Statements of Work (SOWs).
  • Attention to detail & QA: You have a strong sense of ownership and commitment to your projects. You will ensure the highest standards of quality by reviewing assets, providing constructive feedback, managing amends, and taking full ownership of the output.
  • Project planning & agility: Create and deliver project work plans as well as oversee and interrogate plans made by the team.
  • Campaign Management & KPIs: Ensure every campaign you manage has a clear set of measurable outcomes and KPIs that all parties (client, agency, and partners) are agreed on.
  • Financial & commercial rigour: Meet financial objectives by accurately tracking income to date and forecasting requirements and budgets left on projects.
  • Client engagement & servicing: Build strong, effective relationships of trust and respect with clients.

A bit about yourself:
