Role Summary and Impact

Media Executive role within the Dell EMEA team, working across one or more of three markets (UK, France and Germany). Responsible for activation of Dell’s media campaigns, working with planner buyers and admin teams, as well as our Programmatic activation teams.

Main tasks are as follows (but not limited to):

  • Strategic and Leadership Skills
    • Work with the client and provide media plans
    • Take the lead in creative calls with the clients
    • Participate in all client meetings as required and contribute to the production of any presentations.
  • Client Account Management
    • Work with media owners and ensure responses are on time, and to brief.
    • Create media plans within planning templates and manage booking upon client approval.
    • Collaborate with programmatic teams to ensure they meet deadlines and produce actionable insight during weekly results calls.
    • Responsible for providing data to the analytics team and the clients for the various brand studies and measurement platforms.
    • Understand the markets and customer demographics.
  • Operating and Technical Requirements
    • Oversee the monitoring and optimisation of day-to-day performance of live campaigns.
    • Oversee operational execution in appropriate systems e.g. Doubleverify.
    • Responsible for the trafficking and launch of campaigns alongside the Ad Ops and programmatic teams – develop a strong understanding of how the process works.
  • People/Team Management
    • Work with the admin team to ensure they are working to the relevant deadlines.
