We are seeking a Global MROI Programme Leader to own and drive the end-to-end delivery of the MROI programme for our Global Nestlé account. This is a senior, highly visible role that sits within WPP Media's Global Data, Tech & Analytics Leadership team, with direct accountability for programme quality.
Programme Ownership & End-to-End Delivery
- Own the complete MROI programme lifecycle — from data charters and data QA, through modelling, data ingestion and outputs integration into WPP tech systems and tools.
- Ensure all modelling workstreams are connected, non-duplicative, and aligned to the global MROI framework and broader analytics discipline strategy.
- Own programme timelines, milestones, risk escalation protocols, and quality control standards across all MROI workstreams globally.
Data Quality, Technical Alignment & Systems Integration
- Lead the data QA function for the MROI programme, ensuring all data inputs meet the marketing data foundations and analytics (MDFA) requirements for modelling integrity and output reliability.
- Liaise with the local markets and data & tech teams to ensure datasets, modelling requirements, and platform integrations meet programme specifications and client expectations.
- Drive the ingestion of MROI response curves and programme outputs into WPP proprietary tools such as Campaign Strategies, ensuring insights translate into tangible media investment decisions.
Market Adoption & Activation
- Lead market-by-market adoption of MROI outputs, supporting local teams in embedding insights into media planning and budgeting decisions.
- Execute the global adoption agenda defined by the Global Analytics Lead, acting as the primary operational driver across all markets — with particular focus on ZEUR and AOA markets.
- Build and disseminate a library of best practices, case studies, and success stories that demonstrate clear, measurable value of the MROI programme to internal and client stakeholders.
Stakeholder Management & Client Engagement
- Act as the central coordination point across global, ZEUR, and local market teams, ensuring alignment and momentum across all MROI programme workstreams.
- Manage senior stakeholder relationships with key MROI programme leads at Nestlé at both Zone and Global levels, building trusted partnerships grounded in programme transparency and delivery excellence.
- Represent the MROI programme in senior-level forums and governance meetings, communicating performance, risks, and strategic progress with clarity and confidence.
Skills and Experience
- Extensive experience in a senior leadership role within analytics, marketing measurement, or programme management — ideally within a global media agency, management consultancy, or data-driven marketing organisation.
- Demonstrable expertise in Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) & MROI methodologies, with a strong understanding of data inputs, model outputs, and the practical application of econometric insights for optimal media planning.
- Proven track record of driving programme adoption and measurable business impact at scale — across multiple markets or within large, complex global client accounts.
- Strong expertise in data quality management, change management, and the operationalisation of analytical outputs within planning systems and tools.
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with demonstrated ability to engage and align senior stakeholders — including C-suite and global client leads — across diverse cultural and organisational contexts.
- Strategic mindset combined with strong operational execution capability — the ability to translate global strategy into market-level action plans with measurable outcomes.
- Collaborative leadership style, with experience working cross-functionally across analytics, data engineering, technology, and commercial teams in a global matrix environment.
- Highly analytical, with the ability to interpret complex datasets, evaluate programme performance, and make data-informed recommendations to senior leadership.
- Experience working on FMCG or CPG client accounts at a global scale is strongly desirable.
