Choreograph is WPP’s global data products and technology company. We’re on a mission to transform marketing by building the fastest, most connected data platform that bridges marketing strategy to scaled activation. We work with agencies and clients to transform the value of data by bringing together technology, data and analytics capabilities, delivering through the Open Media Studio—an AI‑enabled media and data platform for the next era of advertising. Role Summary and Impact: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail‑oriented Research and Insight Executive (Level One) to join the dynamic Research & Insights team in Manchester. This role offers an ideal opportunity for anyone excited by the media industry and curious about consumer behaviour.

A day in the life: You will be working across a range of clients, fulfilling research and insight needs. Duties include writing questionnaires, analysing results, building and maintaining data dashboards, and using all the insight tools and systems at our disposal to support hypotheses and answer insight‑related questions. Our team works with stakeholders across the agency and directly with end clients, while also participating in social activities throughout the week.

  • Organised: take accountability and ownership over work and deliver against deadlines via effective time management.
  • Strong willingness and enthusiasm to learn and master new database and dashboard platforms (e.g., TGI Data, DisplayR, Power BI or Tableau) as well as other relevant tools—essential for this role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data handling and manipulation, and PowerPoint for engaging presentations.

In 6 months you will:

Start taking responsibility for running an ad‑tracking project, building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, growing in confidence to suggest approaches and question briefs to elicit the best results, and fully utilising our tools and systems.

Where you’ll be at the end of your first year:

You will be a “go‑to” for quant research, able to run a project from beginning to end with manager oversight, and skillful at building a story around research results that is insightful and actionable for clients.
