Role Summary And Impact
Reporting into the AV Senior Executive or Account Manager, the AV Account Executive role supports the AV team in day‑to‑day running of client campaigns. You will be based in either Manchester or Leeds.
Responsibilities include:
- Administering and buying TV and VOD.
- Accurate campaign setup and activation.
- Preparation and sending out of weekly TV spot times to clients.
- Ensure best practice buying approach across all accounts, utilising the One AV approach.
- Maintain buy‑admin accuracy, including reconciliations and central rec tracker.
- Ensure accurate spends in TVP/DM.
- Support response to briefs from the Planning Department.
- Provide input for competitive analysis reports for clients.
- Contribute to client PCA’s and reports.
- Adhere to financial procedures and keep accounts SOX compliant.
- Support manager with ad‑hoc requests.
