As an Addressable Manager, you will help shape and deliver addressable campaigns across UK Government accounts, bringing togetheromnichannel media strategyandaddressable creative strategyto deliver effective, audience-first creative.

Working closely with planning, strategy, client leadership, creative teams, analytics, and technology partners, you will support the development and delivery of DCO-led addressable campaignsacross channels including Display, Social, Video, DOOH, and Audio.

You will play a key role in turning audience insight, channel strategy, and creative messaging into relevant, personalised campaign experiences that drive impact.

This is a hands-on, collaborative role that requires both strategic thinking and operational rigour.

You will help build the addressable agenda for WPP 650, ensuring campaigns are aligned to client objectives, are commercially sound, and are delivered to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the creation of addressable campaign strategies that connect audience insight, planning, and creative tailored to context, and campaign objectives.
  • Work with media strategy and planning teams to identify where addressable creative can improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Brief internal and external creative teams on dynamic content requirements, message hierarchies, and variation logic.
  • Support post-campaign analysis and learning agendas to identify what worked, what didn’t, and what to do next.
  • Translate performance data into practical recommendations for ongoing optimisation and future planning.
  • Client Management & Campaign Delivery
  • Act as a day-to-day point of contact for addressable delivery matters across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Help lead client conversations around addressable strategy, creative use cases, campaign performance, and future opportunities.
  • Support the end-to-end delivery of addressable campaigns, from briefing and planning through to launch, optimisation, and reporting.
  • Monitor live campaigns, identify trends, and recommend optimisation actions based on performance data.
  • Confidently present ideas, results, and recommendations in a clear and accessible way to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Skills and Experience

  • Practical knowledge ofdynamic creative optimisation (DCO), creative variation logic, and personalised messaging.
  • Experience working with media, creative, and technology teams to deliver digital campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance and turn insight into action.
  • Confident client-facing communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across disciplines.
  • Knowledge of platforms and tools used in addressable delivery, such as ad servers, DCO platforms, DSPs, or creative management systems.
  • Experience briefing and managing modular creative builds.
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks for audience, creative, and media optimisation.
