The Role
As the agency expands its digital activation offering, the Senior Performance Activation Executive will be a key contributor to the day-to-day activation of campaigns, taking ownership of complex tasks and ensuring the successful delivery of campaigns across your client portfolio. This role will primarily focus on advanced activation within Paid Social channels, with opportunities to expand across Programmatic and Paid Search. This role requires a deep understanding of Paid Social platforms, strong execution skills, and an analytical approach to optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the advanced execution and implementation of best-in-class, full-funnel digital activation tasks, with a primary focus on Paid Social, ensuring accuracy and time efficiency.
- Responsible for diligently following and executing cross-channel Digital processes across your client portfolio, acting as a role model for junior team members.
- Responsible for in-depth data analysis, formulating robust optimisation suggestions, and implementing them accurately and effectively to significantly improve account performance in line with business objectives.
- Responsible for actively showing a Performance Mindset culture by consistently putting forward innovative optimisation recommendations with the goal of surpassing our client’s business objectives.
- Responsible for contributing to a supportive team environment, assisting peers and junior executives with workload management, and ensuring "no person is left behind."
- Responsible for ensuring data, insights, and learnings in all campaign analysis and reports are delivered to the highest quality.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the different proprietary and third-party tools used across digital media (execution, tracking, optimisation, management, and analytics), advising on their effective use.
- Responsible for the proactive management of your own workload and contributing to the effective allocation of tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and outputs are of a high standard.
- Responsible for dedicating time to personal development, staying up-to-date with all full-funnel digital activation certifications, Betas, best practices, and industry changes, especially within Paid Social.
- Responsible for maintaining financial accuracy through the planning & buying process with on-time delivery.
Skills and Experience
- Strong experience in setting up, activating, and optimising campaigns across Paid Social channels is essential.
- Willingness to learn and activate on platforms across other digital channels such as Paid Search, Programmatic, and Retail Media (experience in these is a bonus).
- Ensure certifications across all activation platforms are completed and up-to-date.
