ABOUT THE ROLE
We are searching for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our OpenDoor team as a Senior Client Director. This is a full-time position based in London. This role plays a crucial part in supporting WPP's mission to deliver consistency, delivery excellence and best in class service for Amazon in every country across its diverse businesses, including XCM, Prime Video, and RMI.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- As the voice of the client across the agency, we’re focused on ensuring our clients have their best agency experience during their time with OpenDoor.
- Understand all the elements of a client’s business and how we can support their growth.
- Have a full understanding of the SOW and understand how OpenDoor can add value through the engagement of specialist services.
- Ensure teams collaborate and always champion unrivalled work for our clients.
- Have strong commercial knowledge and ensure smooth and accurate financial interactions with the client.
- Accountable for the strategic responses of day-to-day client requests, working with clients, markets and internal teams.
- Foster innovative thinking and ideas with particular emphasis on content, digital and technology innovation, and the use of data.
- Act as a change agent by positively provoking our Client and internal teams to deliver the best possible outcomes.
- Drive and ambition to support new business efforts.
- Collaborate with WPP (media and beyond) and Amazon team members to ensure seamless campaign delivery and achieve outstanding results.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Understand how an agency operates, its positioning and product offerings and how it works with clients.
- Have the ability to solve problems, sometimes tackling them proactively before they become an issue.
- Successful delivery of key launches in line with scope, resources and agreed budget.
- Multi-market experience.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment whilst maintaining a partnership focus throughout.
