Role Overview
You will be responsible for building, launching, optimising and reporting on paid social campaigns across major platforms (Meta, TikTok, Twitter, Snap, Pinterest, etc.) for Amazon’s services and video brands. You will also be the key point of contact for client and media‑partner relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive paid‑social plans aligned with client objectives and KPIs.
- Set up, monitor, and optimise campaigns, using advanced bidding, creative, and measurement features.
- Conduct quality assurance, performance reviews, and troubleshooting to ensure best‑practice standards.
- Produce weekly, monthly, and end‑of‑campaign reports and client presentations.
- Engage with executive stakeholders, media partners, and internal teams to secure buy‑in and drive innovation.
- Mentor and support junior team members, and assist in recruiting.
- Assist with finance processes, testing agendas, and ensuring cross‑channel complementarity.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience managing large‑scale paid‑social campaigns for brand and direct‑response objectives.
- Deep knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Snap, and Pinterest advertising products (certifications welcome).
- Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to present insights to senior audiences.
- Experience building relationships with media partners and leading cross‑functional projects.
- Experience in learning and testing environments, and a track record of delivering measurable performance growth.
Bonus Points
- Track record of delivering structured client reviews (QBRs, annual reports).
- Comfortable leading client calls and media‑partner discussions.
- Previous line‑management of paid‑social or digital marketing specialists.
